The A-142-6 is a simple envelope generator that can also function as an LFO.

Switching between envelope and LFO is done using the loop toggle switch. In the "off" position, the unit operates as an envelope generator, and the envelope is triggered by the rising edge of the trigger signal applied to the "Trig." jack. In the "on" position, the unit operates as an LFO.
When a trigger signal is applied during LFO operation, the envelope and LFO functions are superimposed.
The "Attack" and "Decay" time parameters are available as controls. These allow manual adjustment of the attack and decay times within a range of approximately 2 ms to 2 seconds.
The module features an envelope/LFO output. The peak value of the envelope/LFO is approximately +10V. The output signal is indicated by an LED.
